Delivered the newspaper on my route to Johnny Courville when I was young. His daughter was f-i-n-e!

John Denver grocery shopping in Aspen.

All the Gourds all the time.

Elvis gets gas and tacos at my local Texaco.

Run into some of the guys in Centro-matic. One of them lives in my neighborhood I think.

I interviewed Alejandro Escovedo years ago on KLSU. Kevin Kinney and Jim Heath (Rev Horton Heat)......and Bill Davis....

:csb:

One time I was playing golf with a friend of mine at Seminole in Tallahassee. Me & my friend Mark got paired up with two other guys, one was a businessy-looking guy and the other was younger, wore a Zildjian hat and had earrings in both ears. The latter looked familiar but I couldn't place him.

On about the third hole, Mark asks this guy about his hat.

"You a drummer?"

"Yeah."

"Yeah, I saw your hat. I used to be a drummer too in a garage band back in Portland. What's the name of your band?"

"Creed"

On the ride over to the next tee, Mark says, "Creed. They're pretty big aren't they?"
