The chicken breasts in my fridge expired yesterday. They smell fine, are they safe to cook?

Yeah dude, as long as you cook them all the way through you'll be fine.

If they aren't fuzzy, stinky, discolored, or oozing some weird liquid...cook em' & eat em'. If they were in a supermarket & the expiration date passed, they would just be marinated/seasoned & re-packaged with a new expiration date.

If anything has a slime, stinks, bubbles, has new growth, throw it..
Also if it starts to smell when you cook it, throw it out.
