I would think his ability to make that pass that breaks down the defense would be prized there.

I have followed him pretty closely since he left Brazil and he was never given a real chance in Italy. Rafa is the only one who ever really did, in his short time there, and he performed well. I think some of the other managers preferred experience over youth.
He did well in La Liga on his loan spell.
Building on last season, his confidence has to be high... Not only has BR shown confidence in him with PT, but he moved him in to a central role.. I think he is poised to break out in the next couple of years!

He's another future superstar that we're going to have to get European football for if we hope to keep.

Luckily, I think we probably have a couple of years with him. After the past couple years, I believe he is happy to be playing week in and out... but if we don't, it'll come up again in a couple of years...

Oh yeah, I think he'll be happy in a system that is basically tailor made for his play style. But eventually we'll have to put up or shut up.

You know these first team signings that are supposed to be coming ... the ones that BR & Ian Ayre keep telling us, fans, to be patient because there are more signings on the way.
