I'd like some white beans and sausage over medium grain rice.... but probably end up with Taco Bell.

Chicken noodle soup, semi-homemade. Meaning, I opened two boxes of chicken stock and I have carrots and mushrooms simmering. Will add boneless skinless chicken breast later and I have some leftover spaghetti to throw in. Will season to taste with salt and white pepper.
I wonder if fresh parsley is a no-no on a bland diet? It's the mildest green thing I could think of.

I would think fresh parsley would be fine. IMO>
Try adding some rice to the soup also. I do that when I make semi-home made chicken soup. Don't forget the garlic!

Can't have garlic! And I'm already adding pasta, so I think I'll just have one.

4 was in Bogalusa today and stopped by Double D on the way in. 4 picked up a couple of pounds of their hot hog head cheese and has been munching on vinegar soaked hog head cheese atop of Club crackers washed down with a nice batch of Mick Ultras.
Mrs4 has a shrimp pasta dish that is succulent to say the least. 4 can't quit eating the hog head cheese however.
