Rudy's BBQ on I-45 North. The moist brisket is damned fine....

It's a big city. Got to be more specific. Depending on where you're at, a recommendation could be 50 to 60 miles away and STILL be "in or around Houston".

Thanks for the replies. Gatlins was closed so we had time and went to Rudys.
Wet brisket was great. Just how I like brisket, with some fat with it.
Pulled pork sandwich, sausage were good also. Regular brisket sandwich was dry. I would skip the ribs, no real flavor in my opinion.

Corkscrew BBQ in The Woodlands is pretty good if you're on the north end of town
