Frogs legs

Anywhere in the NOLA area where I can find frogs legs to cook myself?

Those flood control canals should be full of them.

You should buy the whole frog though. I think the meat in the frogs torso tastes better than leg meat.

One time while doing some consulting I went into a small country cooking restaurant for lunch. On the buffet was fried frog legs. All one could eat. The frog population was decimated that day.

My brother brought some up to me from his crawfish pond this week. They were crispy, fat, and delicious.

I lol'd.

I know it's not NOLA, but believe it or not, Nagoya has some very tasty frog legs. I used to plow through a few saddles in a sitting.
