Fish roe, yea or ney?

I love fried speckled trout and largemouth bass roe sacks. Both my grandfathers liked to add the roe eggs squeezed out of the sacks to scrambled chicken egss, but I have never tried that.
I have had bluegill and white perch roe, but it is not good to me, so I dont cut it out anymore. Just specks and bass with specks so much better than bass.
What say the F&DB?

I like roe at the Jap joints...not so much a fan of the fried stuff.

I had a nice mess of trout last weekend, fed the eggs to the seagulls.
I get an envie for roe every now and then. Split the sack, pan fry in butter, seasoned with Tony's.
Good stuff. Watch your cholesterol rise as you eat it.

I like masago, the little orange roe, but I hate the big, salmon roe...feels like zits popping in my mouth when I eat it.
