I had tiger shrimp in china, they tasted the same to me but just bigger.

I've seen piranha in an aquarium in St. Bernard Parish.

A private one, not government sanctioned.

They are pretty freaking tasty, chop them in half and cook them on the grill like rock lobster.

Privet

Probably the most annoying invasive species to hit Louisiana along with Nutria Rats. Only one is fun to kill, the other is a pain in the arse and time.

I've never heard of Cogongrass. Just a north Louisiana problem. Or spreading to the southern parts.
