The Negative Nellies on this site can't wait for the next piece of trash to be first to post...they wet their pants to be first in something because they're last in real life! And they can't wait for the next catastrophe so they can hop onto the "syndrome" express...what pitiful losers!

The behaviors and crimes that Collins was a part of showed escalation, which is common among these type of sick individuals. 13 years is not long enough. He'll be back and one can only hope that it's not at the expense of someone's life whether it be rape, death, or other.

what bullshite ...... jesus, dude served his time and didn't hurt anyone.

Honestly he's probably better off staying in at this point. He's one of the most famous convicts in the state and his employment prospects are zero.

he probably did not become parole eligible until serving 85% of the 15yrs.

Nevermind, I was thinking he was in prison in La and not Florida

He just likes to cuddle with people while they sleep.

I think he was having an affair with that woman in Florida and the break in charges were just to protect her arse from her husband.

May be the same with the LSU student and her dad.

No

A man breaks into a home and stands in someone's bedroom. Tells the judge, "I just wanted to watch her sleep". This, coupled with his previous behavior with women, is the precursor to stalking, rape, murder. I know that sounds hyperbolic, but it starts somewhere. Ted Bundy started as a peeping Tom.

One would think that something about this would've been mentioned in trial.

FRE Rule 609 says that one's thinking would be wrong.

You can't bring up prior bad acts in a criminal trial, unless the defendant takes the stand and even then it's not automatic.

Hope he does 6 months and they let him out (assuming he has good behavior and whatnot).

He shouldn't even do that, he did 13 years, and from everything I've read/heard about him in prison, he wasn't a trouble maker.

EBR def has more pressing issues than sending somebody back to prison over some BS probation violation.
