chrome surround on the lariat

Hate the chrome surround, but not all lariats have them. This is what I'm leaning towards.

My next one will have as much chrome as possible without looking ghetto. Except the wheels.

My dad just switched backed to chevy and it has chrome front and rear bumper, and chrome door handles.

Amazing what you can find used in the 20-25 range.

Chrome doesn't show scratches, hard as hell to chip, cleans easy. It's the way to go.

My all painted truck looks better tho fa sho. Still got chrome wheels tho. But I think they look better than my brother's aluminum wheels (same truck)

Is it better to try to buy new with all the rebates, etc. now or get a better value with a 1-2 year old truck? Any dealers on here?

Lots of good deals out there right now, a lot of them expire 5/31. New is the way to go if you can get enough off of msrp

They didn't start that until this year.

I can get you some sweet rims at a real good price. Lots to choose from. Brand new factory tires already on.

Buy a used Ford, use savings to buy used Tundra to use while Ford is being worked on. I bet Tundra is used more and not just because the Ford is broken down half the time.

When that Ford is broken, the Tundra will just be broke-in. Can't go wrong with the Tundra.

Same here, the less the better. Here's mine right after we finished putting on the level kit. Still stock tires in that photo.

You should post the pics with the tires and the Roush kit.

Damn good looking truck.

That's about what I'm looking to do when I get the truck. 2" or so kit and put 35s on it. Just about perfect IMO.

Preciate it hoss About the only thing I really want to do to it still is swap in the new factory HID's. Here's with the 35" BFG's (technically 34.8 i think). They've never rubbed in any situation if you were wondering, so them matched with that level kit are good to go.

And here's the blower in all it's glory

I like those. My little bro had the BFG mud tires and they were solid as well. Not sure if I want AT or mud tires yet
