What would cause our attendence to raise the most next year?

Another particular kid in the draft? A free agent pick up? A trade? Or only winning... which would take time to prove through out the season?

Another star or two plus a hot start, followed by consistent winning. Being in the hunt.

Winning, the only way it would go up regardless of winning/losing is if a superstar like CP3 came to use during FA

Look at Memphis.
Attendance trouble, no real star.
Winning cured all. People want to talk about OKC and whatnot when in reality MEM is the most likely model we should strive for.

Star will help, but this is unlikely.
Ticket prices may help, and I have no idea how much this will really help.
Winning this season will help as the year goes on, but the average won't budge much after a while.
Winning will cause the following season's attendance to rise a good bit. Thousands if there is still room.

Lots of things can help the attendance (getting a star, lower ticket prices, possibly advertising/giveaways) short term, but yeah winning is really what it is all about for long term.
Best case scenario is a combo of factors. Either trade for or draft someone marketable, offer lots of good deals and promotions to get people in the arena early in the season. Hopefully the people have a good time and see a lot of wins early, then they will want to return and as the team continues to win the momentum in attendance builds.

Stop getting shitty bands like the Chee Wheez and Flow Tribe and get some real acts like Juvenile, Rebirth Brass Band, and Galactic to play at Champions Square.
