Interesting to watch. It's old, not sure why it's just now getting press but found it interesting

Stuff like that is hard to watch. I've got a soft spot for young critters.

They really are. Very aggressive and more unstable than bears. There are many other animals I'd rather run into on a trail than a moose.

Every year when I was in Montana we heard a report of a hunter getting mauled by a moose. They don't play.

If that calf would have been a few weeks older it may have had the strength to survive.

Glad we don't have urban moose here.

Yep, and mail the collars to the Fish & Wildlife Service with a "frick You" note.

They are some smart critters and work well together. I've seen them distract a bear and haul off it's kill.

I thought I saw radio. Besides hunters what preys on the grey wolf? The environment not providing game?

Maybe when 100 million buffalo roamed. They would take out a few wolves here and there.

But not much going to prey on a wolf. Nothing to eat and disease about it.

Other grey wolves. Tribal motherfrickers.

Denali is one of the healthiest wolf habitats on earth. Maybe the healthiest.
