Then they probably have someone doing it there. Yes, they take stool (and it's good bacteria) from a donor that has been extensively screened and give it to the patient to repopulate his/her colon with healthy flora.

There's at least one person in LA doing them but I don't know who it is.
I read an article on it a while back.
But, yes, that is what they do. It's surprisingly effective.

There is a Dr. Poch in Bossier/Shreveport that was in an article and claimed to be doing them. I sent him a pt and he couldn't. Apparently he hasn't done enough to get credentialed. Not sure, but he was advertising like he was doing them. Had to send this fella to Oklahoma.
