Rockets

In all seriousness, I could see the Heat sweeping all the way to the Finals. That means, they just have to win 4-2 in a 2-3-2 format. I think they can do that. So I'll say Miami with two losses or less.

Miami will win but they're not getting through 3 seven-game series with:
Chicago
Indiana/NY
SA/Memphis

with two losses or less. No way.

They're 43-3 since the start of Feb. I don't think anything is out of reach.

I think people are forgetting that this isn't the Heat of the last two years. This is the Heat that we all envisioned right when the Big 3 was announced.

Dallas got through the 2011 playoffs with 5 losses, and they played much tougher teams than this Miami one will have to play, at least on paper And they had two of their losses in the first round. So Miami is already two games ahead of their pace.

Not to mention that whole thing where Miami has the best post all-star break record of all time

A Lakers team once started 41-1.
A Bulls team went 72-10.

It doesn't mean shite. They playoffs are different.

The field

No way Miami only drops 2 over the next 3 series

Yep. You play a good team four times in a row and they'll at least take one from you. The first round for them was pretty meaningless considering they were playing a sub .500 team

No clue what team you're talking about.

That team lost 3 playoff games.

Those teams started out the season unbeatable, the heat ended the season unbeatable, key difference.

Plus a lakers team went 15-1 in the playoffs in 2001, against 3 fifty win teams. So it is doable

only teams I see them having trouble with is san antonio in the west and NYC/chicago in the east.

they'll lose more than 2, I guarantee it.

Yep, the regular season you have scrub teams thrown in where you can rest your guys, other teams are resting their guys at times, other teams aren't solely focused on you, often times they've played a game the night before, and the intensity is way down.

The Heat could very well be facing Thibodeau, Woodson, and Popovich three series in a row. Three of the best coaches in the league IMO. People are crazy if you don't think they can figure out how to eke out a win or two in and intense focused seven game series.

Ill take the field with Miami +2 losses.

Miami could go sub 2 losses but I feel like the odds are in my favor with the field and Miami +2

Especislly If they get the Pacers plus Memphis in the Finals.
