I just looked at their menu since I haven't been in a while...from the dinner menu:

Pecan Candied Pork Belly
With Shrimp Toast, Red Dragon Sauce & Pickled Radish 14.5

Holy crap.

For brunch I'd pick out a few apps for the table and get a Croque Madam for myself.

A few weeks back I had the Candied Pork Belly, Oyster Salad, and Fried Rabbit. The pork belly was most definitely candied but really good if you like that sort of thing. The oyster salad is really nice too, the lemon buttermilk dressing is light and goes great with the oysters. The rabbit was juicy and the poached egg and sausage gravy went beautifully with it. Solid biscuit too. Overall the whole experience at Patois was exceptional.

As others have said the rabbit is awesome. I also really like the pulled pork on a biscuit with smoked tomato hollandise. Comes with bacon braised greens. Enjoy my friend.

ETA: Comes with poached eggs as well.

If it's hot, get lit up on the white sangria.
