I was a once a week Izzo's guy so I won't say I will never go back but I won't go back for the foreseeable future.

They changed systems a while ago... Shows you aren't a very regular customer IMO. It's been at least a month.

Chipotle is garbage. They have like 2 sides you can add. Seriously? Only people I know that like Chipotle over Izzos are Texas idiots.

Agree to a point...but they still should have a system in place that rewards the customer for past loyalty instead of giving them a big

I like to save my freebie card for when I am low on cash.
I am a very regular customer. I knew they were stopping the stamping and going to an app based system. However, that is a very different issue than refusing to honor an arrangement they had made with customers.

I've thought about this alot, it really comes down to what you value in a burrito...toppings and sides or quality of base ingredients......

....Izzo's has it hands down in their sauces, toppings, and overall options...Im a huuugggee SW Caesar fan...

.....but when it comes to actual quality of meat Chipolte wins hands down...their chicken and steak meat are ten times juicier and more flavorful than izzos...Izzos steak and chicken commonly get dried out

Easy habit to break. Go to NOLA. Eat super burrito at Filipes. You will never want Izzos again.

I went last weekend w/ about 7 stamps on my card. Handed to the kid at check out and he told me starting Monday they wouldn't be honored anymore...but he would go ahead and redeem it for me since I was almost full.

Sucks you don't have tits, brah.

This is fair. I love being able to put whatever I want on my burrito. Otherwise to me it's just an overpriced taco.

That's how it is with every resturant.

Only if I don't have a bra on...and I never leave the house without one. I won't subject the public to that.

Smoothie King did the same thing, but at least they gave me credit for the stamps I already had.

You would think if they were transitioning to an app based system that they would transfer already aquired stamps to the account.

It is one thing to no longer stamp a nearly full card, but to flat out not honor a full card is wrong.

The manager could have at least offered a free side and drink.
