What location did you go to? I saw they were doing the app but I never saw a definitive date that they were switching to it. If the cashier hadn't have told me, I'd have never known.

I went to Burbank. I also never saw a date. They could have put up a sign saying something like, "Cards no longer accepted after XX/XX/XX date."

I agree. I usually go to the one on Bluebonnet. Sucks though. I would not have been happy.
I was so excited that he redeemed my card anyways that I totally forgot the other errands I was supposed to run after.

I used to be able to get a Super and save some of it for late night. Now a Super doesn't hardly fill me up.

That is a pretty shitty way to handle the cards. I have at least a half card filled in. I think in this day of instant FB feedback, companies that do this sort of thing will get a black eye. It's easy for customers to complain publicly now.

smoothie king did something similar when they abandoned the punch card, I did get some credit for what I had and I did not download their app.
