in many years. Looked pretty rough in the Spring game and we don't have much pressure-tested talent IMO.

Do we know why Hairston wasn't taking the short field goals and XPs?

you must be real young. We've had some bad spells

Getting other guys looks, I think we have a good one coming in that can push to start as a true freshy

Les made them all kick with the wrong foot. #misdirection #wing

Also 2011 opener, shanked punt and missed extra point on the first attempts. Went on to the most prolific kicking seasons in LSU history.

Don't worry we'll only score TDs this year.

I remember some really bad spells, but in the last 8-10 years we've had a really nice run of good kickers.

They weren't used to calling their own plays. They'll settle in.

LSU is one of the top programs in the country and will attract the best kickers in the country (and in Australia). It'll be fine.

Saban held open tryouts my freshmen year.

If we are talking about the same person, this one is from Sweden. Johan(Alex) Kjellston

Alleman was nowhere close to Josh Jasper. IMO, Jasper was better than DA or Colt David

This right here. Jasper was the most reliable kicker we've had in a while.

Alex Kjellsten is apparently a very good prospect but not a big guy at all. He was a star soccer player who has kicked and punted (running style) very well. It could very well be that he is the short kicker with Hairston as the long kicker and kickoff guy this season.

Agreed, known him since he first stepped foot on campus. We'll be in good shape

I am still trying to forget Gaudet. damn kid missed more XPs than any kicker I have ever seen

eta: and I still don't understand how Wade Richey was so mediocre for us, then had a very long pro career

Everyone calm down. This guy knows Hairston.
