I haven't eaten a plate lunch lately and thinking about getting one tomorrow.

The more I leave the lafayette the more I realize that lafayette has the most amazing restaurants in the country literally. Not talking about fine dining.

My go-to is the chicken fricasse from Creole Lunch House. On 12th street a couple blocks from Surrey.

Romero's and Kevin Guidry's are also in that area.

I eat at Landrys, Hot Food Express and Johnson's the most.

I recommend one of them before any other place.

I've traveled a lot in my young age, and enjoyed cuisine from every location possible, and can honestly say Lafayette collectively has the best food.

Yep.

I work right there, so I eat there about twice a week for dinner.

Last night had the grilled chicken with fried rice.

Get the pork chop. Biggest pork chop I've ever seen.

I think so. I will say that it has many better options than BR does at meals under $15.
