I will tomorrow when I start mining.

I may be grabbing a 7870 XT as well. How much better is that than a 7870 ghz mining wise?

Internets show those possibly breaking 400 but not always. 7870 GHz pitcairns doing 380-420. Tahiti core might be still limited by the memory since it's scrypt mining.

They're held back because they run extremely hot for some reason. They hash almost exactly the same as the 7870ghz. I haven't seen one online that breaks 450. They also use more power.
