Definitely something out of the fridge. Jones got sick and suddenly we have so much food that there's not even room for beer.

Either chicken parm, chicken noodle soup, rotisserie chicken sandwiches (man that's a lot of chicken).

Probably some Caesar salad with whatever I choose.

Cooking a very large batch of spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Will roast a few Brussels sprouts in a bit to go with it. I like roasted sprouts.

Tonight I 'll be using some grape seed oil, sea salt and fresh pepper. Once roasted well, I'll dress with a little evoo.

Tried something new today.
I boiled 3 large potatoes. Mashed them up with butter, milk, egg, garlic, onion powder, black pepper and salt.

Sprayed a Pyrex glass baking dish with olive oil and spread it out like a cake. Baked it at 350 for half an hour.

Came out great. Lucy won't try it because it sounds 'icky'. Great news. Leaves more for me.

Thanks. I could tell Lucy stories all day. But do not want to bore. She is really wonderful but always an accident waiting to happen and totally clueless in the kitchen.
