Grilling a 2" ribeye and a couple big fat pork chops. Braised turnip greens, smashed potatoes, Abita strawberries and a magnum of pinot.

I got a big pack of ground beef. Grilled 4 burgers with most of it. Took the rest and cooked it down stove top, drained fat, seasoned with picante sauce for nachos during the weekend.

BTW, do any of you folks have pollen all over your BBQ pit? Mine is green/yellow.

I picked up some really nice choice angus strips from Calvin's. I'm going to grill those, as well as some yukon gold slices and asparagus. Sister Schubert's rolls and a bottle of Mollydooker Blue Eyed Boy.

Thai Chicken Karaage Buns: Deep-fried chicken thigh in steamed bun, Thai-flavored spicy mayo, basil, cilantro, mint, onion, jalapeño

Minus the mayo. Top chef Paul Qui's food trailer, we're hitting it up before my buddy's show tonight.
