last night i went to superior grill to get dinner with my brother and my cousin, we had our meal there and all went well as usual. this morning we each get a separate call from our bank asking us if we were in New York City.. clearly not. we are each informed that our cards have been used at a Gamestop in NYC. I was charged $800, my cousin $400, and my brother $1300. all purchases were made within one hour of eating at superior. we had not been anywhere together in months.
so i tell my mother about what happened this morning, turns out the exact same thing happened to her 2 weeks ago at superior on st. charles. stole $700 at another gamestop in NYC.
I called the manager and informed him of what happened read him the receipt number and all the details. He was extremely rude to me and told me he would see if he can do anything to stop it from happening.
not once did he say Sorry.
he lost our family as customers and i suggest if you do go eat there you pay with cash.

If there was no chance of you going back then I understand why they don't want to help.
IMHO, worst thing you can say is that because of that you will never go back. Basically finishes the problem as they see it.

Sorry to hear that.
Police continue to bust server/waiter rings in Atlanta doing the exact same thing. It happens in waves, with thousands upon thousands of dollars.

This shite happened to me when I was in Atlanta in February.
I went to ATL the first weekend in Feb. A few days later when I made it home, some fraudulent charges popped up on my card from a Florida Wal-Mart and T-Mobile store. I called my bank immediately, they canceled my card and put the money back on after I filed a dispute report.
It had to have been at one of the restaurants my wife and I ate at in Atlanta.

the same thing happened about five years ago here at jones creek cafe in BR .. it is probably the guy's point of sale system that he settles his credit cards on daily .. it has probably been hacked and they are taking the information stored off of blocks of cards .. what they then do is take hotel room keys in new york and impregnate your card info on the stripe .. then, the person at gamestop doesn't even notice them swiping a hotel room key ... your bank will take care of all of it for you within two or three days .. no worries ..
depending on the set up at superior, he may wind up being responsible for those charges like jones creek cafe was ..

They made me finish my meal one time. I'll never be back!!! Typical Shreveport chop shop.

Sorry to hear that happened. That Superior is fricking horrible .. in every aspect. Food, service, value, atmosphere .. just awful. It gives the one in Shreveport a bad name.
