Heady and Grand are trolls because they don't really think what it is they type, have no room in their schtick for learning, etc.
I'm all about people going against the grain with well-founded critiques or who have other tastes.
The idea that this team would be great with the salary issues this season alone was batty. The idea that a playoff appearance next season should be considered more likely than not (barring injury or some weird rost brain fart) is a well-founded one. Any title talk is nuts.
There clearly needs to be coaching changes, but I think at the level below Monty.
And the guard play has to change. It's getting old.

Dude, there was a meme saying "In Demps we trust"
I think Demps is better than Monty, but they are definitely overrated on this board. Although it seems people are waking up to that realization of Monty. He is a good dude but I am not sure if he is the right coach for us.

And I still think Monty just needs time, though I'm not sure he'll get that much time here. He'll be a better coach down the road for a different team

Monty has some flaws that are frustrating. The team has been garbage this year and some of that certainly falls on him.
But I am baffled how so many don't understand that Monty got an extension to 2016. Unless he bangs Gayle and/or Rita, Monty is not going anywhere until the end of next season at the absolute earliest.
