Hand to hand..he is punching steel. Steel that would hit back. Unless he had a sword that could steadily slice through steel like japanimation..he's getting beat down.
If you arm both of them, terminator still gets it. He can be shot a lot of times, a man only needs 1.
It would come down to Rambo Vs The terminator. He doesnt have a woman or any children to worry about. He's the only one crazy enough to strap an IED to himself and take him with him if need be.
