I wouldn't be surprised if he is the first guy they sign when the free agent period starts.

Might as well make him an offer even if its a lowball offer.

Absolutely. It obviously not going to be a long term thing. I'm assuming he'dlike to finish in Baltimore

Would love to get him.
I have a feeling he's only going to consider Super Bowl competitor. Also have a feeling New England will make a hard run at him as well.

Ed Reed knows we are brah. Would love to have a repeat of Darren Sharper here and we all know how that turned out for us.

Wouldn't going to New England be a slap in the face to all the Baltimore fans? That's become a pretty fierce rivalry over the last few years. Might as well sign with the Steelers.

I really don't think the Pats are a team in contention. They released P. Chung due to performance and injuries, but also because they are sufficient in the secondary with their starters from last season.

Ed Redd doesn't have an agent, so he can't talk to any teams until Tuesday,

Rumors have New England interrest in Mike Wallace, if true would they go after both

Just looked at cap situations for every team and if what I see is correct..three teams are still over the cap:

1. Cowboys 5,656,268 over
2. Redskins 3,392,362 over
3. Saints 1,097,680 over

The Patriots have about 25 Mil in cap space with 4 mil of their cap going to dead money. They definitely have the money to pay both players depending on what happens with Wes Welker. however, I as I stated I don't see the Pats pursuing Ed Reed with the success of the two young guys they have.

Quic Note: Chad Ochocinco or Johnson or whatever hasnt played an NFL snap since 2011, but is due to make 1,583,334 from the Pats this year.
