I say Manti Te'o, because his confidence appears to be shot and that's after not having been thrown off his team.

Manti Te'o because he isn't as good at playing football.

Te'o because you won't pick TM7 as high and he can be used in more situations.

I'd go Honey Badger.
Kid couldn't focus in a "controlled" environment at LSU. How the hell does anyone expect him to stay out of trouble with hundred dolla bills in his back pocket.

TM. At least he might be able to pass a drug test.

Manti. 1 good season out of 4. Mathieu seems to be a better value.

since Te'o will be taken several rounds earlier it really isnt much of a comparison

Neither player will be in the NFL in three years.

I think this question has more to do with where each player is projected to go rather than expectation.
With that in mind I would say Te'o because he is a lock to be getting a 1st or at worst 2nd round type of contract and quite frankly I don't think he will be a force in the NFL. Could be wrong though.
I don't see people projecting Mathieu too high and if anything he has an upper-hand because people expect less from him (note: I am not saying Mathieu is a bad player by any means but no one is going to use a 1st or 2nd round pick on the guy).
