He was hating on his film and college games when he was playing DE. He will not be playing with his hand in the dirt in the NFL. He did say that his best gave was vs Clemson when we had him moving all over the place, which is what he will do in NFL.

He said he doesn't see him as a top 10. Said he's more like late first. Said he struggled against Florida and Alabama and got pushed around at the Point of Attack. Said his best game was against Clemson against inferior tackles.
He still has him in his top-5 DEs. He said Sam was better against better competiton than Mingo.
I also thought Mingo looked better in 2011 when he just came in to rush the passer. However, I don't think our system really suits Mingo. He needs to be a stand up hybrid guy.

well mingo was better in 2011 than 2012 for whatever reason. he's going to be a pure speed rusher for a year or 2 in the NFL regardless of where he lines up.

Because a 4-3 D won't draft him. And if a 4-3 team does draft him, he would be playing OLB. But I seriously doubt a 4-3 team would take him in the 1st. Mingos is not going to be a DE. He will be standing up on the edge. 3-4 OLB.

it's theoretically possible that they draft him to be a pure speed rusher, like bruce irvin was last year
it's much more likely he's drafted as a 3-4 rush LB, but it's possible he goes to a 4-3 team
