I hope you have some first hand/insider knowledge...On the hand full of times that I have been there, if my questions did not involve Wine or Liquor, I was the expert..

I went into DeFalco's in Houston a few weekends back and was amazed at the equipment they had. Anything you could want was there.

Except hops, they didn't have the hops I wanted.

I was sad when that place closed... the whole hardware store. I'd have been in there daily if it was still open when I moved to the overpass area.

The one time I know that it was attempted as a stand-alone thing, it failed... but they were way out on Jones Creek.

If the North Shore and New Orleans can each support one I don't see why EBR couldn't, honestly.

Every time I went to Red Stick Brewing or whatever it was out off of Jones Creek it always had a good bit of people, but the problem was a limited supply, bad hours, and pretty much only one guy working it so it took an hour to get anything.

I wonder if he will be in business for long? Nothing to back that up, but I wasn't too impressed the few times I went and probably won't be back. I like Brewstock a lot.

I've only been to Main Grain once, but they had what I needed and Ron was pretty cool. They had a few people come and go as well.

He had talked about doing a weekly delivery to Baton Rouge too. Not sure what's up with that.
