Can't wait to watch.

If the PT doesn't get you, the academics will.

Is it a GAU-5 maybe? That's what most pjs were using. Some have mistaken for an M4, it's really just a shorter M16 I believe. And I believe it's made by colt, but I'm not watching it's being dvr'd

Just finished the episode.
I can't imagine the grind of being on call like that. And yeah, that last mission was intense.

"pJ" what does the anacronym stand for?

HBO did a series covering field hospitals in Iraq. As an ER nurse I have a ton of respect for it. ER nurses and docs get jaded because 90% of what you see is stupidity where some moron does something that should get you killed. Gang banger, drank a 12 pack and washed down some Xanax before a street race. But there is no way to get jaded in that environment. Every soldier that rolls through is the SAME terrible story. Add to it when the staff on duty are Marines and a Marine rolls in. Same for Army.

I have seen a lot of shite in over a decade in ER's. I can't imagine having it all condensed into a 6-8 month span.

yeah, I was shocked to see how much they were willing to show of that.

It was eerie as frick hearing him calmly ask to be knocked out while half his leg was missing.
