There's a steak marinade made of bourbon and balsamic vinegar for you.

I made the peanut butter + ripe banana = ice cream last night. Well, I used almond butter. It was good and satisfying, like I'd had the treat of ice cream.

I will admit to my stupid mistake. I didn't pay attention to how you are supposed to do it, and put the banana in the freezer whole. Then I had to use a knife to scrape the peeling away from the banana. So. Peel the banana and cut (or break) into pieces to freeze. Mine still worked, just would have been easier and more sensible the other way.

I wonder how long it would last.

I'd love that for a post workout snack.

I made some of the pb and banana ice cream just now in the vitamix

I put a little milk in like they said to try to make it a little bit creamier

Should have tried it before I did that because I think I thinned it out a bit too much

FWIW I already had some frozen bananas on hand so this was a snap. I thought it tasted really good but I'm a big fan of the banana pb combo so it's not really surprising that I lked it.

I added nothing and felt satisfied with the creaminess. Glad you posted, I'm gonna go put some bananas in the freezer!
