It was a CLEAR penalty.

In fact if you look at the vid....The Slot wr at the top of the screen is getting held even worse..so much so to the point of being dragged down.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutttttttt

This what happens when you frick over the Ice Man. Falcons should have been there anyway

Mike Pereira said the ball was in the air before any tugging, so you can't call holding.

Mike Pereira can say that the sky is green if he wants, that doesn't make it so.

Also, Saints fans bitching about JH is hilarious considering the piece of work Sean Payton is.

Crabtree ran a lazy route and the refs didnt bail him out with a shite call. Deal with it.

Yup, Big brother is getting all the love in the family and in the media

I actually like Jim more though.

And he's wrong. What's your point? I couldn't care less about either team and it was clear holding was occurring before the pass (PAST five yards as well)

the ball was in the air before the receiver made it 5 yards. It without a doubt wasn't holding

It was a stupid playcall. The last 4 playcalls by the 49ers were absolutely retarded. The NT was hurt, Gore was running for 6 ypc, and they didn't give him the ball

Yeah I'm sure if that happened to the Saints you'd be totally ok with it

It would not bother me. The PLAY call bothered me more than anything. It could have gone either way as far as a "hold" is concerned.

I'm wrong about the ball being in the air before the receiver was 5 yards downfield?

they got away with it all game. Don't run a fade route on 4th down. It is an extremely low % play.

They run the ball, they win

Still bitter about 36-32 I see

I'll admit that I didn't look at the box score for that game until right before the Saints played the Niners in the Dome this year. I'll also admit that I avoided highlights of that game until about September.

And I regret both activities, as it was a great game, one of the best I've seen in a long time. Too bad my team lost.

Seriously. Hey, their all pro run stuffer is out and we've been getting five yards a pop on the ground. What do ya say we air it out from now on?

I don't blame him. There was a hold.

But Crabtree gave him a facepalm as he was trying to push off. The ref probably made his own "off-setting penalty" call in his head.

Oh Jesus Christ stop it.

Saints fans are still upset about phantom no calls in a mid November game during a season in which they weren't going to the playoffs anyway, and they are going to tell us to stop complaining about a legit gripe that decided the SUPER BOWL?!?! Y'all are incredible
