So for examples... are these chains?

Acme Oyster House
Izzos
Rotolos
I mean obviously you look at Chilis, Outback, Bonefish, Olive Garden, etc and know it's a national chain, when you look at something that started local to you when does it make that jump to being a "chain restaurant"?

One of the signature characteristics of the douche genus is a tendency to act like an overgrown manchild. We walked by Barcadia on Saturday but it appeared to be closed.
Yea, that list sucks. I decided I had to go check out Saints & Sinners just because of that list. I was surprised how nice it was and the food menu looked good.
