Raw ground meat

Anybody else here really lke the taste of lean raw ground?
Not too fatty due to the texture and "filmy" feel left on the tongue.
PS: I also love sushi of all types......

I don't like raw meat. But when I'm trimming beef I throw bits down to the dogs. They say it's excellent.

I've been eating raw ground beef with a little salt since i was a kid. I dont always do it when im using ground beef, just if it strikes my fancy.

Sounds like a good way to spend a day yakking your guts up. I'll eat raw steak all day, but wouldn't touch ground beef.

You seem to take your food-borne bacteria pretty personally
All joking aside, it's a risk I'm willing to take. The raw oysters I had last night were a much larger risk. At the end of the day, if you avoid what you really enjoy on the off chance it may hurt you, what's the point in living?
