Anyone can do it.

I suspect you believe this only because you've done it personally. And in fact your opinion that anyone can do it only cheapens your own personal accomplishments.
quote:

Too many people have fallen into this trap of buy now and pay later.

It's not a trap, our entire economy is dependent on it. The trap is not having the dicipline to manage it efficiently in the face of avarice.

Here some of us would like the free market to work and that is why the US is labeled with a zero.

then a more fair comparison would obviously be some sort of average, no?

Move to Canada
Get knocked up
Take a year off

If you have a few sets of Irish twins you could get full pay for no work for a hell of a long time.

most couples would have to wait until they were in their 40's to have children. That's not exactly workable - biologically speaking.

Only one party would need to have a nest egg. If a 21 y/o girl and a 45 y/o guy do it then problem solved.

Did it ever occur to you that perhaps they are not "whiners" as much as you are an extraordinary individual whereas they are basically just ordinary? And if you are an extraordinary individual, is it fair for you to judge other people using your example as criteria?

Does the fact that an extraordinary person can do it necessarily mean that an ordinary person can do it?
