Not gonna link the article since its on Nola dotcom, but they will be opening Ba Chi Canteen at 7900 Maple St. I hope they have those 9 am openings at this location too.

I saw the news on TD's facebook page and was equally excited. Maple St needed a good Viet resto.

Satsuma now Tan Dinh? With the influx of hipsters flocking there Maple St. is gonna be the new Bywater.

I always get there right when it opens so its pretty much just me and employees eating at that time. The Dong Phuong delivery guy normally pulls up as I'm leaving.

I had heard that. 7900 is/was Figaro's. I hadn't heard they were closing. I have a Groupon for them.
