Two guys(not saints either) died, killed, over nothing and you find Lewis to be a hero over his pursuit to cover it up. You are a pathetic individual.
Welcome to the internet, Mr. Judgmental, how are you doing today? If Ray Lewis did indeed kill someone, or his friends did, how do you know that person was actually a decent human being? What if it was self defense?
Ray Lewis is one hell of a linebacker, and a fantastic leader. Those are traits that are admirable in my book. I have no idea what happened that night, but he and his buddies were proven innocent by a jury of their peers.

Oh ancient one, please tell us how presumption of innocence is following the unrighteous path.

Well maybe you can tell him in person the next time you are at a LSU football game.

Finding Ray Lewis to be a hero in this case makes one look pathetic. He was not, or is not a hero at all.
Somebody in his group did kill two guys and it was hardly self-defense.

Good for you. Kinda weak sauce thinking on your part, but hey whatever makes you feel better.

They were found "not guilty", they were not "proven innocent" in the least. Big difference.

I'm glad you came forward as a witness when you were there at the situation, because it seems like you know an awful lot about it.

I comment on what I actually KNOW AND SEE.

In my eyes, they aren't that different. I wasn't there at the event, the government tried incredibly hard to prove Ray had something to do with the situation, and they failed.

Actually the gubment didn't try very hard. One local writer heavily criticized how pitiful the prosecution handled the trial as in disorganized and unprepared.
However, Lewis was guilty of obstructing justice so he did have something to do with the situation. And no, I don't think he stabbed anybody or even had a knife at all, but two of his buddies did and he testified how one of them demonstrated how he held the knife as he was punching after the killings.

Thinking someone is a great football player=/= thinking them to be a hero. I do not consider athletes to be heros.

I would not know, I wasn't there. Sounds like you were, so maybe you can shed some more lights on the events that transpired.

One local writer here thinks LSU should join the Big 12.
Local writers tend to suck.

That's because the State rushed to charge Ray Lewis with murder and get an indictment before the investigation was complete.

It sure sounds like you just made up your mind because a famous person was accused of something, that they have to be guilty of some wrongdoing. So you made up your mind without the facts, and just ran with it, and now you're presenting things as facts that no one knows the real answer to.

The particular writer was a guy who specialized in covering trials and covered many.
You can keep being a hack, but I'll just ignore you.

The victims did not have weapons on them except a bottle that cracked over the head of one of Lewis' group after the fight broke out.
Per eyewitness testimony, 2-3 of Lewis' group were seen punching the victims.
Nothing about it can be said to be a justifiable killing due to self-defense.
Add: Lewis was indeed guilty of obstructing justice, so he is hardly innocent. He just didn't stab anybody.

And, after the stabbings some 200 yards down the street from the Cobalt, Lewis and several other members of his entourage sped off in the Lincoln Navigator limo as gunshots rang out.

Witnesses reported that some five shots were fired as the limousine left, but it was unclear whether they were fired from the vehicle, or at it.

except the gun casing were found next to the body of the victims and their friend admitted to firing them. So it is clear there were shots came from
That is the case for self defense right there. The defense argued that the victims fired the shots

Broken bottle is hardly a weapon?
Sp, hypothetically, if they started the fight by breaking a bottle over someone's heads, then there would be a threat to continue using that bottle as a weapon right?
So, how is there no chance of self defense like you keep claiming you know for sure?
