Greatest NFL playoff performance in losing effort

It has to be Russell Wilson.
24-36 385 yards 2TDS
7 carries 60 yards 1TD
Comeback from 20 down in 2nd half on the road. Dominated the second half. Atlanta couldn't keep Russell out of the end zone in the second half.
Has there been a better performance in a losing effort?

Mcnair's final drive in the super bowl was incredible

Dan Marino threw for 421 yards and 4 TDs and lost.

TO is up there.
McNair's whole game wasn't as good, but of course it was on a bigger stage.
Trindon Holliday was impressive...but no, not the greatest ever. Not based on less than 5 touches

This is actually a pretty legit answer. If you could equate the chances of returning 94yd punt and a 104 kickoff for tds to QB stats, I would put money down that Trindon beats Wilson.

But Marino always put up big numbers through the air. Wilson made one mistake that game (taking the sack) and ran circles around that defense in the second half. Marino, Warner, Brees would have been sacked on that late completion to Marshawn Lynch to put Seattle inside the 5.
I think if RW performance isn't the best, it has to be top 2 or 3.

The way they played in the 1st half & the handling of the last drive of the half are the reasons Wilson shouldn't be mentioned.
He played good but any points in the first half and they win. Simple.

Trindon was amazing, but I just can't put it up there with the best. Not as a return specialist.

Priest Holmes in 2004 against the Colts- 24 carries, 176 yards, 2 TDs
Aaron Rodgers in 2009 against the Cardinals- 28-42, 423 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT
Calvin Johnson in 2012 against the Saints- 12 catches, 211 yards, 2 TDs

Dan Marino rarely got sacked. In his prime, he had the lowest sack % in the league...for seven straight seasons.

Not saying the best. Just better than Wilson

So is this a thread about the best losers?

January 2, 1982. Chargers at Dolphins. Don Strock completes 29 of 43 passes for 403 yards and 4 touchdowns IN RELIEF of an ineffective David Woodley. Strock entered the game in the 2nd quarter with the Dolphins trailing 24-0. The Chargers would win in OT, 41-38.
I have seen a lot of football in my day and that game still ranks in my top 5 ever.
