Was it just time for Philly to move on? Will Philly and KC trade spots record wise after Reid has been in KC for a while? I like him as a coach(what I see on TV), I think he'll be able to get KC to the playoffs.

Not very until they get the soccer moms off the field and put a real quarterback under center.

He's guaranteed 2 losses a year and no division titles as long as Peyton is in Denver. He will need to rely on a wild card berth the next 3 or 4 seasons. Kansas City has talent but no QB and a very tough division opponent. Why would you subject yourself to that if you are Andy Reid?

Until he find a QB, they'll be .500 at best

As with any coach in the NFL:

It depends on what QB he can get.

I'd say anything is better than what's going in with Philly right now. KC is sort of a new life for Andy and thus was probably a easy decision by him.

He can rot in KC for a few years till he gets a QB they wont fire him after they just gave him all this control

I can see them reaching 8 wins in his second season, third at the most. There's a decent amount of talent on both sides to continue building around, in what's a really weak division with teams 2-3-4 interchangeable at the time.

ding ding ding ding ding. Well, as long as Peyton is in Denver, they won't win a division title. But they had 5 pro bowlers on the team this year. They have talent. If they get a good QB, and not have Matt Cassell or Brady Quinn as starter, they will be a pretty good team.

Hopefully Peyton Manning sticks around long enough to continue hammering Kansas City.

I know that Dorsey hasn't been all that special there since being drafted I know that both he and Tyson Jackson play D for KC. What kind of defensive scheme does Reid use, and is it one more suited to their strengths?

I would imagine there is no way Vick goes to KC? Did Reid even want him in Philly.

Is Barkley really a reach at number one now? Probably, but they need a QB. Or should they trade the pick and move down and pick him or Tyler Wilson or whoever else when they get to pick?

They've actually got some decent talent on both sides of the ball: Bowe, Charles and Moeaki are ballers. The D has talent even though their season derailed this year. But they need a qb in the worst way. Why would New England deal Cassel after he went 11-5 with Brady out? I think we know now.

On a scale of 1-10, I predict Andy Reid's success in Kansas City will be a 2. Reid has always been overrated IMO. He wasted a ton of talent in Philly, with nothing to show for it (Superbowl-wise).

He was probably gonna have it made if Kelly took the Philly job, or hell, maybe even if Kelly would have taken the Browns job.

Reid drafted Nick Foles, Kelly's offense doesn't fit Foles, Reid inquires about a trade, and ultimately trades a conditional late rounder for a QB that doesn't fit Kelly's offense.

With the Browns and the talk about McCoy being his QB, Weeden could have potentially became available. Would probably cost more, but wouldn't be untouchable.

You could hand that guy any QB and he's not winning a SB.
