Since the state of PA is filing the suit against the NCAA they will more than likely win. My move if im Emmert is voting every school in PA out of the NCAA.

The state is doing it not the school. The sanctions were way over the top.

If this is the best that Alabama can offer, the NCAA should vote y'all out.

that is what i said. The NCAA did not overstep their boundaries. As a member institution every school must follow the code of ethics set by the NCAA.

The suit says that the NCAA did.

I'm wondering how the state of PA has standing to bring this. Did PA have to shell out some or all of the $60 million fine?

You agree that every school in PA should be kicked out of the NCAA because the governor sued the NCAA? Y'all are really fricking stupid.

No, im assuming since PSU gets state funds the state of PA is butt hurt about PSU getting what they deserved.

The school signed off on them, so they should just deal with it.

If people wantedblood for thousands around the school that had nothing at all to do with the scandal why not want blood from more people that didn't?

the state/governor should be more concerned about the molested/raped little boys than that fricking football program
IF THE STATE backs penn state actions, then YES, frick 'em all.

almost 40% of all children are molested. that number is higher in prison and it is why child molesters are KILLED in prison.

Is there some component to the suit that is saying the Board of Trustees or the school president fricked up or were coerced into agreeing to the sanctions? I haven't read the suit, just curious if any constitutional legal scholars have perused the suit papers.

Awesome not satisfied to just punish the people guilty of the crime our blood lust to punish the innocent now extends from 1 school to every school in the state.

How about we shut down all of College Football since after all this did involve a college coach.
