Got a friend selling a 2002 model Rossi. I really do not know much about them. Can anyone fill me in?

A friend has one and he likes it, it's not a Ruger or S&W but a nice piece.

I should add that he hardly ever shoots it.

Friends don't let friends carry Rossi's (or Tauri) -- unless you want it for hunting or plinking.

For self-defense, get a Ruger or a S&W. They are far more reliable.

Have heard less than favorable experiences with Rossi firearms.
