190 on a cheap spring scale. I figure that deer had to be 200 plus. In south GA.

Not really sure, but I killed a 9 pt upside of Brookhaven, Ms that field dressed 193#s. I guess he weighed in around 235-250. I had to break his legs to get him in the trunk of the family sedan, but that's another story all together. Lets just say the neighborhood assn didn't understand a deer hanging from a live oak in the yard.

206LBS gutted and hanging. Almost ruptured myself dragging him UP to the trail and loading him into the back of the truck by myself. Most fun I've had with my clothes on the past five years.

It's a long story on that buck, from an azn I found in the ditch next to camp that smelled like he stole the strippers perfume. Then i had to pull my side arm to get him out of my back seat, after he climbed in for the third time.

I am booking a hunt there this year. The prices aren't that bad considering the size of the deer.

My biggest weighed 128 just meat and bone. Not sure what the equates to on the hoof but he was a good one.

most of mine from s. arkansas are in the 160-170 range... did you find a corn fed feed lot deer?

Nope. But our neighbors did. Got two oil tycoons that own the adjacent property. They keep out year round food plots, and feed protein pellets and sweet potatoes by the 18 wheeler load.

Killed a few in the 180 range but don't think I ever killed one I'd say broke 200. They were mostly Texas deer though so it was about the same thing by proportion lol.

We have other land leased. Those deer are all less than 150. Don't know that I've killed one bigger than 160-170 elsewhere in S.Ark.
