I just read the first line or two of the recipe. His description of the "backstrap" is screwed up..."12 inches in length"? Frank's talking about the inside "tenderloin" of the animal, and even I'm not redneck enough to F that up with Rotel and velveeta, which is otherwise a combination created by the gods themselves...

I know nothing about backstrap. Posted it for all the bacon wrapped stuffed with cheese etc... folks. Wouldn't know a backstrap from a bra strap.
