Teo isn't an all time great at anything in college football and shouldn't even be in the discussion for honorable mention.
The fact is that ND is unbeaten and they have no star players so they're hyping him up all they can. He's simply not THAT good of a linebacker.
Jarvis Jones owns him at everything and he's playing SEC competition.

My personal thoughts on the matter are that the media is in a rush to give it so SOME Notre Dame player.
They could return to obscurity after this season, and when is the next chance they will have to artificially inflate a Notre Dame player's value?
