Two years for what amounts to a sexual assult seems fair in this case.

Casey Anthony walks free.

Heard yesterday that the cops failed to check her search history on Mozilla search engine.

Had searched things like "suffocation" and what-not.

Sorry ... but two years is way too damn much. Way too much.

This is a fricking disgrace to our legal system. A drunk dude tea bagged another drunk dude. Let them put the gloves on and face off in the ring.

I agree.

Let the teabaggee get some options:

1) One free punch
2) One free kick to the nuts
3) Gets to teabag dude's wife (with her consent)

Nobody should get anything worse than a fine and maybe probation.

2 years is a little much.

And as to the guy that got teabagged, you have no right to sue anyone. He got drunk to the point of passing out on Bourbon Street. He is lucky he just got teabagged and not shot and mugged stumbling around the FQ. Accept some responsibility for your actions.

Would you tell that to a girl that got raped?

The fact that the guy passed out drunk has no bearing on the punishment for the guy who commited the crime.

She walked because they didn't have enough evidence so thats a stupid comparison. If she killed her kid on camera in a public restaurant im pretty sure she would have gotten life.

If it had been a woman he did this to would you still feel the same way? I don't care if he was drunk, that's not an excuse. People need to think about the repercussions before they do stupid shite like this... guess its not quite as funny now.

You know I don't think one stupid thing should ruin someone's life, but damn people think just a little before you do dumb shite.

He will likely be a registered sex offender and not be able to attend anything for his young child. Some people are ra-tards and don't think before they do anything.

My understanding was that he agreed to the 2 year sentence (sexual battery I think?) to avoid a sexual assault conviction that would have gotten him 10 years and sex offender registration.

It was probably a good outcome for him because he likely serves less than a year.

Plus, the guy is a complete douche. He was interviewed by ESPN a while back and didn't even see fit to offer up an apology. He tried to come off as a victim.

No, she walked because the prosecution and police fricked up.

And ... it's merely pointing out that a dude that was drunk is going to jail for 2 years for putting his nuts on the face of a passed out dude.

Passed out dude is still breathing.

Murderous little bitch murdered her own daughter in the most heinous fashion ... and she walks free.

That burns me up.

yeah... I MAD, BRO.

I didn't say it should, on the guy who committed the crime.

But suing Krystal Burger is rediculous in my opinion. KB has no responsibility to baby sit drunks. Suing the teabagger is not unreasonable, but suing KB?

They certainly did.

But there is no reason that a different set of cops/prosecutors in a completely unrelated case shouldn't do it right.
