To those who think this is too light of a sentence, let me ask this question to you and see if it changes how you view this man.

You see a drunk, passed out man in a restaurant. Minding his own business, defenseless.

What should you do with him?

For about 99.9 percent of us, the answer is "nothing." Ignore him, move on. Some might even check on him just to see if he's okay. Because you're very nice people.

That would be a normal response.

This man's response was, "Oh, I know... let me take off my pants and rub my testicles on his face."

That is not a normal response.

If you side with the man who rubs his genitalia on the face of other men... total strangers, even... IN PUBLIC... then you are not normal, either.

Actually, the moral of the story is, "don't f#*k with New Orleans." The city has always had a reputation of going heavy with the law when it comes to controlling drunk behavior.

It has nothing to do with Bama and everything to do with his lawyer and him calling out the New Orleans DA saying there are bigger problems than me tea bagging a stranger. If he had been humble and apologetic I bet the judge goes easier on him.

I agree.

Let the teabaggee get some options:

1) One free punch
2) One free kick to the nuts
3) Gets to teabag dude's wife (with her consent)

Nobody should get anything worse than a fine and maybe probation.

Sounds good.

The one thing the Teabaggee should not get is to file a lawsuit. Who goes into a place that has minimum wage workers and expects it to be a safe environment

I would agree with any or all of this if it weren't for the fact that:

A. The tea bagger "laweyered up"
B. The tea bagger turned himself in.
C. The tea bagger agreed to the 2 year sentence to avoid a stiffer (no pun intended) one.

Now, if he would have, after watching the video immediately sought out the victim, apologized and suggested the remedies you outlined, then I would say a prison term is unjust.

Since he sought protection under the law, he should accept the penalties handed to him under the law.

I think the entire LSU FB team should teabag his arse as punishment. He could then go free after that.

Donte' Stallworth gets 30 days in jail for DUI manslaughter and the tea bagger gets 2 years in jail. Seems fair.

Touche'

I saw a cop on horseback on Bourbon tell this drunk kid to move along, the kid turned to say something (I presume something assholish) to the cop and before a single word was formed that kid was on his arse and the cop, still on horseback, just stared him down. So yes, get drunk, have a good time, spend money, but dont frick with NOPD.

He may have 2 years, but I thought he was getting 3 month basic training arrangement?

If he completes that, the rest will be suspended.

And for those that don't understand that this was a sexual assault, y'all are some sick mother frickers.

Posted by snake23 This is a fricking disgrace to our legal system. A drunk dude tea bagged another drunk dude. Let them put the gloves on and face off in the ring.

Yup. I'm a criminal defense lawyer. The jails are bursting as it is and the cost of housing people is draining the state. It's absolutely retarded he's doing time when most other crimes get probation.

And he's already paid dearly. He's been humiliated, sold out by his uncle, lost his job, and is being sued in civil court.

Totally worth 9 months in the clink. If the victim were female, no way he gets out of it without becoming a blue dot.
