Less Is The Best at something...

It's obvious Less is the best at something. If only his ability to coach strategically was as good as ablilty to secure hefty raises and contract extensions, we'd be one of the top 3 teams of the country every year.
I suggest he hire a real offensive coordinator and just sit back and watch his team go.

Les has us in the top 5 on a more consistent basis than pretty much all other schools.
He deserves to be paid like a top 5 coach.
