Is there not a Taco Bell with is? I'd go with the TB. LGS's is essentially Captain D's, but worse. Which is really saying something

I've literally never eaten there. Is there even one in Lafayette? There was one in LC when I was in college.

Anecdote:

Mother-in-Law: "Hey Jimbeaux, there's a new seafood restauarant in town. Me and Father-in-Law want to go check it out. Yall want to come?"

Me: "Really? Wow! A new seafood place has opened up, and you two tight wads want to take me and wifey? What's it called?"

Mother-in-Law: "Oh, what was it??" "I forgot it's name!" "Honey?!? (calling to the back) What was the name of that new seafood restaurant? Oh yeah, It was Silver-something-or-other..."

Me: "You mean, Long John Silver's?"

Mother-in-Law: "Yes! That's the place!"

Me: "Uh, well, we'll pass on the invite. I already had fish sticks earlier this year."

LJS is basically a worse Captain D's. If you are dead set on eating there than I suggest the fish and shrimp meal. The clam strips aren't bad either.
