On Old Hammond behind the Winn-Dixie
Looks like they're in the process of opening, can't wait to check it out!

It's new... I peeked in the door, they've got table & chairs and it looks like they're installing the coke machine

What would make a columbian restaurant? What do they serve?

I don't know.. I guess what ever is considered local
Kind of like the Philippian place that was good but didn't make it
Or the new Hawaiian place, it's good also... Well just have to see

I guess I see that and think along the lines of Argentina and Brazil style but it could be completely different. really the only thing I know of Columbia is that they produce a good bit of gold.

Colombian food at the Latin festival was
Pollo con Arroz y Frijoles
Carne Mechada- shredded beef
Arroz Blanco
Papa y Yuca,
Empanadas de Maíz.
Could be interesting

If they serve a killer Bandeja Paisa, I'm going to see if I can start a tab and be billed monthly.

It better be one of those badass ones that has like 10 different sodas with 50 different flavoring options
