Most likely. Wasn't televised and you would have had to be paying attention to the band pregame.

I heard on the radio today that the reason UCLA pushed it this year is because USC listed the game on their schedule as a 'home' game because it is in LA. UCLA did not take kindly to that. I can't imagine how they ever took kindly to having their logo stabbed!

Can you imagine if USC played @ LSU and he tried to do that on the eye of the tiger? Ho-lee-shite it would be bad.

What would be so bad? The crowd would yell at him. oh no!

I could honestly care less. I don't get why this is even a big deal.

I'm fairly certain USC doesn't even do a pregame at Autzen as they travel a very small portion of the band.

No big deal. USC has done this everywhere they've done a Pre game march.

IF it is true SC listed UCLA as a home game, it was not because it is in LA. It's there every year. But if so, you can be sure It was a message by whoever released it that USC owns them. 12 of the last 13 and 50-0 lazy year

A pretty bitter rivalry

You know until the 80's it was a home game for both teams. They shared the Coliseum.

That would go over without much commotion in Tiger Stadium

tbh, a lot of this might seem shocking or whatnot but most of it has to do with Mora being new to the rivalry and wanting to change old mindsets.

USC has called the Rose Bowl - their "home away from home" - for a few decades now.

(this will be Troy's 52nd contest in the Pasadena stadium overall and USC has appeared in 33 Rose Bowls with a winning % of .718.)

It's just cross-town smack-talk. Trying to curb with traditions and pranks and bluster seems the wrong way to embrace a rivalry IMO.

But it's Mora's team and USC has agreed to their request so things will even be more tame now I guess.

It looks like Mora's got the most common sense about all this. Just because USC's been pulling bitch moves long enough for them to be called a tradition doesn't mean they aren't bitch moves.

USC called it home before UCLA even started playing there.

Mora can do what he wants. If you think it's a bitch move...you must hate all the stuff surrounding college football and rivalries.

USC does it everywhere...Mora is trying to make it about them when it's about the team and band.

I'm sure none of this "offensive" stuff happens in Southern rivalries you being all cordial and such.
